To avoid potential user confusion, AAOS combines Set time automatically and Set time zone automatically into a single setting.
Some Android devices provide a separate option in Settings for
location-based time zone detection to enable users to select between the
telephony and location time zone detection mechanisms. The option in
Settings is available only on devices that support the telephony algorithm.
Automotive devices don't formally support FEATURE_TELEPHONY, hence this option
is not available on AAOS. This is also mentioned in
